你不需要一直成为更好的人

有时候,
你会觉得自己还不够好。

还不够成熟,
不够坚定,
不够像“应该成为的样子”。

于是你开始调整自己——
改掉情绪,
修正表达,
把那些不够完美的部分
一点点藏起来。

但你真的需要一直变得更好吗?

有些时候,
你只是累了。

不是需要改变,
而是需要停下来。

不需要再往前走,
也不需要再证明什么。

你可以就这样待一会儿。

不用更好,
也没关系。

You Don’t Have to Keep Becoming Better

Sometimes,
you feel like you’re not enough.

Not mature enough,
not certain enough,
not quite who you’re supposed to be.

So you start adjusting—
holding back your emotions,
refining your words,
hiding the parts
that don’t feel perfect.

But do you really need
to keep becoming better?

Sometimes,
you’re just tired.

Not in need of change,
but in need of pause.

You don’t have to move forward.
You don’t have to prove anything.

You can just stay here
for a while.

You don’t have to be better.

And that’s okay.
